Cancellation Policy for Classes and Crop Events

Your favorite scrapbooking store hopes you will never have to cancel your appearance at one of our scrapbook classes or cropping events.  Think of the scrapbooking tips you will miss.  But if you do need to cancel…

In consideration for our instructors, we ask that a 48 hour notice be given if you are unable to attend any scrapbook classes for which you have registered.  1 week notice is required for any cropping event.  It’s easy, contact The Crop Shop, call us at 724-832-3004, or send an email to Scrapbook@TheCrop-Shop.com.

For scrapbook classes or card making classes, should you cancel prior to the 48 hour period, you will receive a class credit to be redeemed for a class within the 2 months period after the cancellation. Should you call to cancel within the 48 hour period, you will receive any class kit or supplies distributed during the class with instructions to complete the project if applicable. Should you not call to cancel you will forfeit your class fee.

For cropping events (this includes special events – NOT the regular Friday night crops), should you cancel prior to the 1 week period before the event, you will receive a crop credit to be redeemed within a 2 month period of the date of cancellation. Should you cancel within the 1 week period, you will receive any goodies or supplies given out at the crop event. If we are, however, able to sell your cropping spot for that event, you will receive a crop credit to be redeemed within a 2 month period of the date of cancellation.

Names are entered into the monthly attendance drawing only for those actually attending the class or crop event.

Should we need to cancel a class for reasons of low class attendance, inclement weather, instructor not available, or emergency, a full refund will be issued to all class sign-ups. We reserve the right to cancel a class or crop event with less than 4 participants.
