Events at The Crop Shop
The Crop Shop staff is very excited about our calendar of special
scrapbooking events. We have lots in store for you, from regular
Friday night cropping get-togethers and theme crops to marathon
cropping days and full blown weekend crop events. And what is a
scrapbook store without scrapbook classes?
Pre-Registration is required for all events. Payment is requested at the time of registration. Fees vary with each event. Registrations are accepted online, by phone, or in person while visiting the store.

ON GOING Events
at Your Scrapbook Store:
The Crop Shop
Friday Night Crop
Every Other Friday from 6pm until MIDNIGHT!
Enjoy hours of dedicated scrapbooking time and use of all crop room equipment on selected Fridays every month in our in-store cropping area, The Crop Stop. You will have access to shopping in the store as you need, even after the regular shopping hours have ended, and you can run a tab until you leave. Check out all the great equipment waiting for you in the CROP STOP.
You MUST register to ensure a space is held for you. Seating space is limited. The fee is $10.00 per workshop. Fee includes your space, use of all equipment, a make and take, beverages, and snacks.
Sunday Afternoon Crop
If you cannot make it to a Friday Night Crop then Sunday
afternoons may work better for you! Enjoy all the same
benefits of a Friday Night on a Sunday. Check the calendar for
dates and then sign up!

Monthly Demos in The Crop Stop
Demonstrations of equipment and techniques are free to all who
want to see. Check the calendar for
dates each month when you can meet with Lynn or Phyllis.

SPECIAL EVENTS
at The Crop Shop
All Day Crops
Imagine having 12 hours of uninterrupted scrapbooking!
You can have it every other month! These events include
12 hours of cropping, use of all Crop Stop equipment, breakfast,
lunch, dinner, make-n-takes, give-aways, welcome gift, snacks and
beverages all day, and you can shop while you crop!
$60 per person. Check the calendar for upcoming crops.
Registration is required.
CROP-toberfest
October 17 - 19, 2008; Friday 4 pm until Sunday 4 pm
We are having a full WEEKEND crop! Your registration fee will
cover:
- Table space (half of a 6-foot table
- Full use of all Crop Stop equipment
- ALL meals, snacks, and beverages
- 4 Make-n-Take projects
- 16 give-aways
- Welcome gift
- Awesome shopping while you crop

Men's Shopping Night
These nights are scheduled in mid-December as we know that men
will not shop any earlier than this!
This is not actually a cropping event, but a scrabook shopping
event! You can create your Christmas wish list and send your man
(husband, dad, brother, uncle, grandfather, son, boyfriend, etc.) to
this special shopping night.
We help your special someone easily find the cropping items on
your wish list and have your gift ready in plenty of time for
Christmas morning. (Gift wrap provided)
We know that most men refuse to shop any earlier than this for
Christmas presents!
Birthday Parties for Kids
Your child can enjoy a birthday party at the Crop Shop!
Paper craft activities are available and can be custom to your theme
or child. Call to discuss details, fees and to schedule a
party date. (Reservations need to be made as early as
possible to fit into our already full calendar)

Yard Sale
These are the best deals for scrapbook supplies that you will
ever find! The Crop Shop Yard Sale is held twice per
year. If you are interested in being a seller, you will
need to register for your table space, go through your STUFF and
pull out the items you know you just won’t use any more. You
will label and price your items. You do NOT have to be present
at the sale, we take care of it all for you! You just
sit back and enjoy the store credit you earn. Call
if you are interested and have any questions. Check the
calendar for sale dates in April or November each year.

Private Cropping Party
Here is a new twist to your average Bridal or Baby Shower, or Birthday Party! Or do you just have a large group of friends that need a great place to crop together?
The CROP STOP can be yours for your party! Your party fee will include private use of the cropping area with all the equipment, a staff person scheduled to be at your beck and call during your party, a special gift for your guest of honor, andpaper supplies for serving your food and drinks (color theme of your choice). Catering can be arranged by us for additional fees. If that isn’t enough, ALL of your cropping party guests will receive a 10% off their ENTIRE purchase coupon to use while at the party!! How can you resist?
Parties are limited to 10-20 guests, and can extend outside of our regular store hours. Parties cannot be scheduled during a regular cropping event. We recommend booking your party as early as possible to get just the right date. Catering options include Italian. Chinese, Deli, or Light Fare.

Private Card Classes with Phyllis
We offer a card making class each month – so what if the card we have chosen is not the one you want to learn how to make? What if you want or need to learn how to make a special invitation or a special announcement, or any other type of card? No problem! Contact us and we can arrange a private card making class for you. All you need is to let us know what kind of card(s) you want to learn to make and have a group of 5 or more to attend.

Custom Card Making with Phyllis
Announcements, Birthday Cards, Wedding Invitations (the whole package), Party invitations, Christmas cards, or any other kind of card you need. Phyllis will work with you to come up with a design and then get started making your special cards. You will be so pleased with her creations that you will be back for more!
